Nordia Epps brings more than seven years of journalism experience with her to WDEF TV.After earning a bachelors and masters degree from Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism in March of 2000, Nordia spent a year and a half working as a reporter and fill-in anchor for WVIR TV in Charlottesville, Virginia. She then spent the next five and a half years in Shreveport at KSLA TV. While in school, Nordia worked as a Washington Correspondent for KVIA TV in El Paso, Texas. She also worked for several newspapers including the Daily Herald in suburban Chicago while still in school. When she's not working Nordia enjoys traveling. She's been fortunate enough to visit nearly all the countries in Europe while living and studying in Paris for a year. She also loves to read and finds time to give back to the community by volunteering.
Nordia and her husband Eric are excited to call Chattanooga home. Please feel free to email Nordia or say hi when you see her out and about
